Secure your slot in the ultimate mobile arena. Please note that all rentals require a 2-hour minimum booking. Once you submit your request, our crew will verify current availability and send a formal confirmation to your email address.
Rental Policies & Terms
RENTAL RATES
Minimum 2-hour rental for $350. Additional gameplay hours are $125 each. Overtime rates apply for sessions exceeding scheduled end times.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel radius includes the first 20 miles. Locations beyond this range incur a $2 per mile round-trip surcharge for logistics.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Remaining balances must be cleared in full before event deployment begins.
CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling requires 14 days notice. Cancellations outside this window result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit amount.
FOOD & DRINK
To safeguard our pro-grade gaming hardware, food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the gaming trailer at all times.
SUPERVISION
Adult supervision is required for guests under 16. Disruptive behavior or equipment mistreatment is grounds for immediate termination.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
Renters are liable for hardware damage. Fees include replacement market value plus technical labor for restoration and testing.
POWER SPECS
We provide ultra-silent on-board generators. Access to a dedicated 110V household outlet is preferred but not required.
LEGAL & MEDIA
All rentals require a Michigan liability waiver. Optional photo/video release allows for highlight footage on socials.
Clients must review and sign the full contract package before final booking confirmation. Failure to comply may result in loss of slot.
